Summary

The Fire Service College: Where excellence meets resilience at the ultimate training ground for firefighting professionals.

As a key member of the Academic Services team, you will be accountable for all aspects of Planning, Scheduling, and Programming of training schedules.

What you'll be doing:

• Scheduling and planning training courses and any related events at the college
• Process learners timetables and re-arrange where necessary
• Manage staff & associate tutors timetables
• Managing course bookings
• Resolve any issues in the training room or regarding equipment
• Process timesheets
• General admin support

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace
• Strong administrator
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
