Summary
Management and use of resources and information Keep all records that the role is responsible for up to date and maintained in an accurate and diligent manner. Oversee the generation and maintenance of all clinical rotas. Be proactive in the creation and development of an appropriate environment to allow the development of high quality, flexible and responsive services. Support the implementation of cost improvement plans applicable to the service. Ensure the safe and effective use of equipment and resources within the service. Direct administrative work streams, liaising with clinical and administrative staff. SoliHealth operational sites Build service templates and rotas. Maintain stock levels and ensure adequate equipment for the running of the service. Ensure feedback forms and audits are submitted on time. Assist with the gathering of statistics and information when required. Undertake general administration tasks on clinical / other support software. Support in ensuring all staff are up to date with training and required registrations, and are familiar with latest guidelines, policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with data security at all times and that staff have appropriate access to clinical systems. Using appropriate infection control procedures, maintaining work areas in a tidy and safe way and free from hazards. Responsibility for staff Act as a role model within the team, motivating staff and setting an appropriate example. Be available to help SoliHealth staff with any work related queries. Ensure new staff are supported and receive induction, supervision, training and support. Service responsibilities Attend meetings relevant to post as required to be actively involved in the operational development of the service. Support, develop, implement and evaluate service changes. Be actively engaged with and support Health and Safety procedures and processes in partnership with clinical leads. Ensure that all activity is monitored and recorded timely and effectively. Assist in the planning, development and delivery of high quality, cost effective and efficient services within the service in conjunction with the operational & clinical leadership team. Manage communication channels for patient contact, e.g. email, website, phone calls as required by the manager.
