Location: Central London (Office-based, with WFH every Wednesday)
Salary: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission
Experience: 2-4 years in Construction Recruitment (ideally Civil & Structural Design)
Recruitment Professionals is working with a well-established client in the construction sector to hire a talented Recruitment Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and specialise in Civil & Structural Design Engineering recruitment.
About the Role:
- Focus on permanent and/or contract recruitment within civil and structural design
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, client engagement
- Work closely with existing clients while developing new business
- Office-based role in Central London, with WFH flexibility every Wednesday
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years’ experience in construction recruitment
- Preferably with a focus on civil or structural design roles
- Proven track record of billing success and client management
- Motivated, ambitious, and professional
Salary & Commission Structure:
Standard Consultants
£0–10k: 10%
£10–20k: 15%
£20k+: 20%
Senior Consultants
£0–10k: 10%
£10–20k: 20%
£20k+: 30%
