Job Purpose
To assist a young gentleman at his farm placement on Mondays and helping him to keep safe and encouraging him to partake within the farm activities.
Location: NR12, Walcott (Farm Placement)
Main Duties:
- Ensuring that he is always safe
- Encouraging and Guidance in terms of tasks
- Encouraging him to wash his hands
Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary

- You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses as part of this role
- The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 p/h
- Mondays to be worked during the times of 9.30am to 4.30pm at the client's farm placement.
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check will need to be done before commencing employment, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
- Satisfactory passing of mandatory training care courses.
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months
