About the Role

Help Support Change Delivery for Nottingham City Council - Nottingham City Council is excited to announce some new opportunities within our newly established Change Delivery service. We are seeking dynamic individuals to drive the delivery of our major change programmes and deliver innovative solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and service excellence. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead complex initiatives aimed at transforming business processes and enhancing service delivery across the council. Leveraging your expertise in process analysis, redesign, and business optimisation, you will utilise methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma to act as a Scrum Master on key projects. This role involves fostering collaborative and efficient team dynamics within an agile framework, driving initiatives to completion, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Your commitment to delivering high-impact results through continuous improvement will be crucial. You will be responsible for spearheading transformative initiatives that significantly boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. As a proactive leader with a strong strategic vision, your proficiency in both analytical techniques and agile project delivery will enable you to achieve excellence and make a meaningful difference within the council.
