Summary
This role sits within the Chief Executive (CE) Directorate. The directorate plays a central role in enabling the effective delivery of change across the organisation. It coordinates and oversees a broad portfolio of initiatives to ensure alignment with HRAs strategic priorities. This includes supporting prioritisation, planning, monitoring, and review of change activity, and fostering consistent methods and collaborative working across directorates.The Business Change team for the Research Systems Programme comprises of a cross functional team from the Chief Executive Directorate, Approvals Directorate, Resources directorate (Learning and Development) and Policy and Partnerships (Communication and Engagement). The HRA The Business Change team has close working relationships across the programme, including the delivery partner, the HRA, and wider stakeholders including IRAS partners, operational leads from the devolved administrations.
