We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as aPre-Op Patient Pathway Co-ordinator (PPC). In this role, you will be the key point of contact for patients accessing elective hospital services throughout their pathway of care. You will work under the direction of the Senior Patient Pathway Co-ordinator and the Specialty Consultant Team to ensure the smooth and proactive management of the patient journey, from referral to discharge.
You will play a critical role in coordinating a range of administrative services to support the Consultant Team, while ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our patients. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer-focused, and knowledgeable point of contact for both patients and staff.
