As part of an exciting new Trailblazer Pilot Project being delivered in South Bristol, we are looking to recruit a number of new staff: These posts will be fixed term for One Year starting May/June 2025. (All Year round contract).
2 x Learning Support Assistants - 20 hours per week - £13.00 per hour
We are looking for 2 Learning Support Assistants to support Tutors delivering Employability programmes that focus on pathways to work for 18-21 year olds who have yet to secure a job/apprenticeship/further training, for the next steps in their future.
The Learning Support Assistants will work alongside the Tutors to ensure all learners on the programme are supported and able to fully access the teaching being delivered. Some experience of supporting classes of learners is desirable along with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
A Criminal Record Check with the DBS will be processed for these positions.
