Summary
Role overview
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll find yourself working with a team of talented people who are committed to driving financial
improvement, scalability, and customer experience. As part of the urbanbubble finance team, the role will be varied and
challenging, supporting a large (and growing) property management business.
You will be required to support our Residential team by processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.

What will you do?
* To be responsible for payment of all supplier invoices on a regular basis for the Urban Bubble Ltd.
* Processing of Accounts Payable invoices.
* To proactively support work of the Assistant Management Accountant, ensuring key timescales are met and work is delivered
accurately.
* Support with the production of relevant reports.
* Helping and supporting site teams with AP and ledger quires.
* Conduct daily accounts processes.
* Raising monthly sales invoice & debt collecting.
* Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts.
* Reviewing and processing staff expenses.
* Ledger reconciliations across various systems.
* Other Adhoc admin duties.

* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
* Highly enthusiastic and looking to develop and progress in the role.
* Good communication skills.
* Flexible with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
* Good time management and organisation skills.
* Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload to strict deadlines.
* IT literate, with particularly competence in spreadsheets/Excel (advanced) and finance systems.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
Desirable
* Previous Property Accounts experience
* ATT qualified or working towards
