Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £15.50- £16.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Children’s Night Workers to join our team in Oxfordshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide vital overnight care and support for children and young people in a safe, nurturing residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of children throughout the night.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance as needed.
• Carry out regular welfare checks and respond to any disturbances or concerns.
• Assist with bedtime routines and morning transitions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with safeguarding policies.
• Work collaboratively with daytime staff to ensure consistency of care.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a residential childcare, support work, or similar role is desirable but not essential.
• A caring and patient nature with a strong commitment to safeguarding children.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare) is an advantage but not mandatory.
