Our client established in 1899, a specialist manufacturer of bi-metal bonding and precision stamping within the electrical contact market, located in the Lakeside area of Redditch are recruiting for a Quality Systems Engineer to join their expanding team.
Duties / Experience required; Working in conjunction with the quality engineer, is responsible for ensuring that the companies quality system continues to operate to BS EN 9001:2015. Ability to undertake internal audits, identify trends in data and promote corrective actions and future mitigations Able to provide auditor training to more junior members of the team Ability to report on internal key performance indicators (KPIs), for use in production meetings, such as internal scrap percentages and on time delivery. Process driven with ability to lead the maintenance of quality processes and their structure. Having the ability to adapt processes to best suit customer requirements. Support quality engineer in compiling 8D analysis and root cause analysis Experience with compiling production part approval processes (PPAPs) is prefered but not essential. Shift pattern / Pay rates Working Monday to Thursday 08.00 - 16.30 Friday's 08.00 - 15.00 Annual Salary - £36,000 - £40,000 based on referenceable work history / Experience.
