Crynodeb
The role has a strong emphasis on both strategy and delivery and the post holder will be expected to deputise for the Programme Director as needed. The post-holder will also be required to demonstrate their ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and role model collaborative leadership and equality, diversity and inclusion. The post-holder be responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting key success metrics; driving engagement and co-production with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve these. The role requires significant focus on planning, organisational and partnership development, implementation of new ways of working and delivery, engagement and networking, and continuous improvement/evaluation. The postholder will influence change both within and across organisations, as well as further afield, to improve innovative practice and the experiences and outcomes for service users and staff. As such, this role will involve some complex negotiation with senior directors, managers and frontline staff at both an operational and strategic level.
