Do you want to take on a varied, stimulating role where you can shape and drive the future of how we support the health and care system and industry?
Now is the time to take on a new challenge, play your part in the digital transformation of the NHS and apply to become Senior Programme Manager for the Health Innovation Network South London and work on a world-leading NHS DigitalHealth.London Accelerator.
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and commercially minded leader with a passion for digital transformation in healthcare who will relish this unique opportunity to make a mark on a dynamic set of programmes. You will have healthcare experience, specifically working with innovators in this space.
You will show exceptional efficiency in running programme operations, ideally at a regional/national level, show strong line and team management skills, and have a keen understanding of managing financial resources.
You will be comfortable with complex and strategic engagement and negotiation with NHS senior directors, managers, and clinicians, as well as other external stakeholders from across the sector.
As one of the two Senior Programme Managers, you will work alongside the Programme Director and the Commercial Director, holding a portfolio of programmes at the Health Innovation Network South London, including DigitalHealth.London, an organisation aiming to pioneer and speed up the development and adoption of digital innovations across health and care.
Your responsibilities will fall into three key areas:

Managing the delivery of a portfolio of Innovator Support programmes: You will have responsibility for the management of a variety of staff groups, who will deliver the operational elements across DigitalHealth.London’s programmes, in accordance with agreed objectives, metrics and resource constraints. This includes accountability and oversight of all funding requirements.
2. Driving the stakeholder engagement needs: Lead the team of Navigators to develop and maintain significant NHS, social care and third sector networks. You will need to understand the priorities of the system and the opportunities available, ensuring DigitalHealth.London stays at the forefront of innovation in the NHS.
3. Supporting the Programme Director with business development, funding and partnerships: You will work closely with the Programme Director on the development and delivery of the strategic vision and new partnerships to sustain, modify and expand DigitalHealth.London.
