- This is a full-time, office-based role for an IT Support Analyst
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and support - Windows, MacOS
- Understanding of networking protocols: (TCP/IP), VPNs, DNS, LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls
- Knowledge of device management tools: Intune, SCCM
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow
- Previous experience working in an IT Support role within the Financial Services / Investment Management industries
