Working hours: Minimum of 35 hours per week - working a minimum of 40% across each month in the Territorial Headquarters, London Interview Date: To be confirmedThe IT department are seeking a talented IT Senior Service Desk Analyst who enjoys the challenge of working in a dynamic environment. This is a new and exciting role reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager.The IT Service Desk are the central and first point of contact for our colleagues and IT suppliers, within The Salvation Army in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (UKI) Territory. In addition the IT Service Desk;Provides 24x7x365 services, using a mixture of internal team and an outsourced contract, providing out of hours cover.Supports approximately 7000 users across 900 locations and receive an average of 200 requests per day.As the IT Senior Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing 2<sup>nd</sup> level technical escalation support that focuses on challenges that could not be solved by the analysts. It’s a technical hands-on role within a small team, supporting Thin Clients, Laptops, Chromebooks, mobiles, and Macs, utilised throughout The Salvation Army in the UK & Ireland (UKI) Territory.
