Summary

Would you like to join us in supporting those effected by drug and alcohol issues to improve their health and wellbeing?

The Role
You will deliver other drug pathway specific treatment and work in partnership with the NHS Trust to empower and support individuals through structured group work and one to one sessions. This will help to build a health recovery culture and framework for long term sustainable recovery form drugs and alcohol.

The role will involve the following elements:

• Deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to those who use our service and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Manage a case load, coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence-based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.
• To facilitate and co-facilitate SMART meetings, stimulant specific treatment and other groups.
• To work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all Via policies and Safeguarding principles.

The Service
i-access is an integrated service delivered in partnership by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust (SABP) and Via is commissioned to provide substance misuse treatment for people aged 18 and onwards in Surrey.

This service is an established community Integrated service that is well performing and highly functioning, it consists of both clinical and psychosocial and is CQC registered to provide a range of clinical interventions including BBV & health interventions, OST, and community detox.

Location
We have vacancies at The Xchange, 20 High Street, Woking and another at i-access, Laurel House, Farnham Rd, Guildford. At times it may involve travel to other i-access locations as needed across the county. Please note on your application, which location you are applying for.
