Are you an experienced Technical Coordinator seeking a challenging new role with an award-winning Developer working on Major Residential Developments? We have a new role for you!
About the role of the Technical Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join a privately owned developer and play a key role in new major residential developments in the south.
Responsibilities for the Technical Coordinator
- Coordinate technical aspects of the projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations and company standards
- Liaise with Architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and problem solving
- Review and approve technical drawings and documentation
- Ensure that all materials, resources and design elements are aligned with project requirements and budget
- Oversee quality control to ensure the highest standards are maintained through the project
Requirements for the Technical Coordinator
- Experience working in a Design / Technical Management role with a main contractor or developer
- Previous experience working on residential developments
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, quality standards and H&S
