Our client, a stunning and versatile venue set in the heart of the Surrey countryside, is looking for a warm, organised, and dedicated Wedding & Events Coordinator to join their friendly team.

As the Wedding & Events Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients planning weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, celebrations, and occasional business or conference events. You’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the planning process and ensuring every detail of their special occasion is delivered with professionalism, care, and a smile.

• Confident and clear communicator, especially on the phone and in client meetings

• Hard-working, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Positive, proactive, and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding experiences
• Previous experience in weddings, hospitality, or event coordination is highly desirable

What will your role look like?

• Coordinate all aspects of weddings and private events from initial enquiry to delivery
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, via phone, and by email
• Work closely with clients to understand and realise their vision
• Liaise with suppliers, kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Handle administrative duties, event documentation, and detailed planning schedules
• Deliver events that reflect the high standards and reputation of our client’s company
