The Role: As Assistant Bar Manager, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional beverage service in our iconic art deco setting. You'll support the Bar Manager in leading a passionate team, maintaining the highest standards of service, and creating memorable experiences for our distinguished guests.

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
