• A qualified teacher (QTS) with at least four years of experience and a strong background in teaching English – teaching experience can be in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• A passionate teacher who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
• Someone with deep subject knowledge in English and the ability to inspire pupils and colleagues.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ready to contribute to a supportive school community.
• An innovative and forward-thinking teacher who is committed to achieving excellence.
