We are seeking to recruit to a new full time Specialist Grade post to provide senior medical input to assessments and care of community patients aged 65 years and older. The post holder will also provide clinical leadership in the contribution of developing the service in line with the Community Mental Health Transformation (NHS England) plan. Leading new practice and service redesign in response to feedback, evaluation and needs.
As a senior and experienced specialist clinician the post holder will work independently to a level of defined competencies with minimal supervision from the Consultant.
