Willow Wood Community Primary School is a happy, caring school where every child matters and everyone is supported to aspire, believe, challenge and achieve. We are currently looking to appoint two higher level teaching assistants to support teaching and learning across our school.

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting teaching and learning in classes
Delivering and tracking interventions across the school to raise attainment and rates of progress
Acting as cover for classes as required
Supporting school in our determination to increase rates of attendance and reduce instances of lateness;
Cover our breakfast club provision.andnbsp;

We are therefore looking for people who:


Have experience of working with children of all ages.
Have knowledge of the curriculum at each key stage.
Are enthusiastic, flexible and resilient.
Have a determination to enhance the outcomes for our children.
Have an excellent standard of English and Maths.
Will ensure our children reach their full potential.
Have the highest expectations of pupil behaviour.
Have experience of delivering and tracking a range of interventions.
Are willing to undertake relevant training.andnbsp;
