Job Description

An opportunity for a career in successfully delivering a quality Building Standards service in the unique locale of Scotland's largest and most vibrant city. The breadth, range and type of work you can be involved in is unparalleled within Scotland.

As part of an expanding Building Standards & Public Safety team of Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability and reporting to a Team Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Council and service targets, objectives and national Performance Framework criteria, whilst monitoring personal workload and maintaining appropriate records to achieve appropriate performance indicators and timescales.

As a developmental role we provide training and support to help achieve full membership of a relevant professional institute and progress to be being a Building Standards Surveyor.
