Crynodeb
As Team Manager for the Sutton and Merton Complex Needs Service, you will oversee the clinical and operational management of a multidisciplinary team providing psychological treatments for individuals with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, including DBT and MBT, in alignment with Trust policies and performance standards. Your responsibilities include leading and supervising staff (excluding doctors), managing caseload allocation, and ensuring effective team communication. You will champion the Trusts Recovery and Social Inclusion strategy, working to create a responsive, patient-centered service. Governance and risk management are key aspects of the role, requiring you to oversee safeguarding, serious incidents, and compliance with professional standards. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, to develop and improve service pathways. Financial and resource management will be essential, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budgets. Additionally, you will drive service improvements, monitor performance data, and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes. Your leadership will help shape a positive, inclusive working environment, ensuring staff development and adherence to best practices.
