Responsibilities
Support the Team Manager in day-to-day operational management of the team.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.
Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Facilitate team meetings and training sessions to ensure effective communication and development.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a similar environment.
Strong understanding of service delivery standards and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure.
A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
