We need Nurses who have a passion for delivering high standards of care to work on Thistle Ward, our older peoples ward.
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Junior Sister to join our friendly medical team on Thistle Ward. It is a 26 bedded ward which specializes in Acute and Older Peoples Services
•Has the Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
•Treats all patients and staff with respect and dignity
•Is willing to provide the highest standard of individualized and holistic patient care
•Has an enthusiasm for developing your clinical skills and shared learning
•Generous annual leave and the NHS pension

•Individual support and peer mentoring
We are looking for candidates who are clinically focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment and to develop the unit further within their remit.
