Job Description:
Recruitment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a leading construction recruitment firm based in Central London. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 2–4 years’ experience in the construction sector – ideally with a focus on Civil & Structural Design Engineering.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the construction sector
Source and place candidates in civil and structural design roles
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Work from the Central London office, with remote work on Wednesdays
Requirements:
2–4 years of recruitment experience in construction (ideally civil/structural design)
Proven billing record
Confident in business development and client management
Driven, professional, and goal-oriented
Salary & Commission:
Base salary from: £30,000 per year
Commission (Standard):
£0–10k: 10%
£10–20k: 15%
£20k+: 20%
Commission (Senior):
£0–10k: 10%
£10–20k: 20%
£20k+: 30%
