The role: The Business Systems Manager will take a lead role in the technical development and delivery of business system solutions.



Key Responsibilities:


Initiates and works on projects focussing on maximising the use of the IT integration with other systems, streamlining business processes, access to quality management information and compliance with policies and procedures.
Leads on initiating, planning and implementing new system functionality, interfacing developments, software upgrades and reporting developments.
Leads on co-ordinating and conducting comprehensive user acceptance testing for all enhancements and fixes.
Produces system set up and procedure notes ensuring that documentation covering the configuration and operation of the systems is complete and up to date.
Assists in the design and implementation training strategies.
Provides third line support in the use of the systems.
Works closely with Operational and Regional Directors, HR Teams and Finance Teams on projects work or ad hoc initiatives.
Liaises with third party suppliers and providers to carry out the resolution of issues and faults working closely with their customer support teams.




What We're Looking For:


Educated to degree level
Project manager qualification
Experience in the use and implementation of ERP type applications
Experience of delivering training
