The role: As HR Project Partner, you will be a key member of the HR team, contributing to the efficient and effective delivery and implementation of the people plan amongst operations driving employee experience and talent management.



Key Responsibilities:


Assist the Head of Human Resources Operations to deliver change, develop culture and embed a consistent approach to best people practices across operations and recognition to remain employer of choice.
Lead on HR projects within the business from idea creation, exploring various solutions, piloting a solution and measuring the impact.
Liaise effectively with all key stakeholders
Support with change management business-wide on any HR initiatives and acquisitions
Analyse colleague feedback to identify areas of opportunities, and work with operations to develop realistic/effective plans to address
Collaboratively work with other departments on further developing our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy
Support the development of a comprehensive business case where investment is required.
Create, update and issue multi-channel comms to internal and external parties,
Travel as required for home visits and regional meetings.




What We're Looking For:


Minimum 1-3 years success in a multi-site HRBP role (or similar), managing new HR projects and change
Able to demonstrate success at building relationships and team collaboration.
Experience working on multiple sites.
