Job DetailsPosition: Cleaning Coach   
Type: Part-Time / Seasonal / 12 hours per week, working Mondays and Fridays  
Pay Rates: £13.21 per hour  

Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Cleaning Coach, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Owners' holiday homes are spotless, welcoming, and ready for them to enjoy.

In this role, you’ll work exclusively with Owner’s vans, supporting, guiding, and coaching a dedicated cleaning team to uphold high standards. You’ll work closely with our Lettings Admin and Housekeeping teams to ensure each van is guest-ready, well-maintained, and meets our quality expectations. You’ll lead by example, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with our policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and coach your cleaning team specifically for Owner’s vans, ensuring all units are prepared to the highest standards.
- Conduct quality checks, offering feedback and support to maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness.
- Collaborate closely with the Lettings Admin and housekeeping teams to schedule, prepare, and complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained appropriately.
- Promote a safe, compliant working environment that reflects our commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements  
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Cleaner, is valued but not essential; we provide training.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team with good communication skills.  
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.  
- Good time management and organisational skills.  
- Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays, as required.
