Neway are currently looking for a receptionist to join our client based with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council.
This role is starting asap, working in an ongoing contract.
The Housing Solutions Team require receptionist cover in a busy frontline service. There will be a requirement for candidate to be office based Mon-Fri within office hours of 9-5. Flexibility may be required on occasions.
Main duties will be the first point of contact to the public presenting to the service for assistance, and will be required to take client details and signpost to relevant team. Will need to be professional in the their approach with contact with the public, and esnure they adhere to confidentiality due to the nature of information that may be provded.
Will also be required to take calls that come into the service area and be able to provide as much detail in email to the Housing Solutions Team of the background to the contact.
