Requirements

  • Higher education computer-related qualification or equivalent industry experience.
  • Solid experience working within an IT team, including project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of networking tools, antivirus, and security applications.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Preferably trained in ITIL or experienced in ITIL-compliant environments.

  • Microsoft Windows Server, SharePoint, Office 365, VMWare
  • Dell servers and laptops, Apple mobile devices
  • Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, AutoCAD
  • Sophos Endpoint Security, FortiGate Firewalls & VPN
  • Veeam Backup & Recovery
  • HP Network Switches, Kyocera Printers

Personal Attributes

  • Confident and capable of working independently
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working within defined procedures and maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
