Crynodeb
The following skills and experience will be required and are essential for the successful candidates: To lead by example and to demonstrate good communication skills. To use initiative and responsibility in the decision-making process using Occupational Health procedures and guidelines. To motivate staff to achieve their personal and the departments aim and objectives. To provide guidance and clinical support for a team of Occupational Health nurses To work in partnership with clients developing a strategic approach to Occupational Health within the organisation and establishing a pro-active programme of Occupational Health services. To ensure all aspects of the Occupational Health service are delivered within the available resources. To take responsibility for the short- and long-term planning and organisation of staff and clinic activity, making adjustments as required. To manage staff performance and development through a process of appraisal, which should include a cycle of constructive performance review and the establishment of a relevant personal development plan.
