Basic DBS disclosure
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as an executive support assistant/PA.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills are a must.
Strong IT skills and proficiency across MS suite.
Clear communication skills.
Capable of managing a diverse workload and keeping up to date with multiple tasks concurrently.
Desirable:
Experience in a social housing environment
What's involved with this role: In this role, you’ll provide high-level Executive Assistant support to the Head of Resident Safety & Repairs, Assistant Directors, and the Director of Housing Management. You’ll help ensure the smooth running of the Directorate by managing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, while also offering flexible support across the wider department as needed.
Key duties:
Manage diaries for the Head of Resident Safety & Repairs, Assistant Directors, and Director, coordinating meetings, travel, and logistical arrangements.
Handle administrative tasks related to meetings, including minute-taking, sharing agendas, and ensuring governance processes are followed.
Work with the complaints team to manage and resolve complaints and councillor queries within set timescales.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including council officers, councillors, residents, and external agencies on behalf of the Directorate.
Support recruitment processes by collaborating with HR, ensuring adherence to procedures and assisting with tasks from business case approval to onboarding.
