- Salary up to £28,000
- Permanent, full time 35 hours per week

Based in Hulme, One Education is one of the largest education support companies in England. An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to deliver IT support services on our behalf.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a fundamental understanding of servers and networking. It would be desirable if you also have experience of working in education as One Education supports in Primary and/or Secondary School environments, delivering remote support to customers as well as supporting a busy helpdesk.
This is an excellent opportunity, as the successful candidate will have the chance to work with our senior technical staff on installations and projects whilst benefiting from extensive training programmes to promote career development.

- Microsoft Windows environments - Server and desktop
- Active Directory User management, group policy and software/printer management
- Device deployment, management and support
- Hardware fault finding & resolution (servers, laptops, desktops, printers)
- Audio/Visual equipment (touchscreens, projectors, smartboards)
- Network management, support and auditing
- Network fault finding and diagnostics
- Desirable; SIMS / Arbor knowledge
- Desirable; Apple iOS and/or MDM knowledge
The postholder must have a full driving license & access to their own vehicle
