We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our in-store Coloroll/ Edinburgh Woollen Mill team, leading by example and helping deliver excellent customer service every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in the daily running of the concessions including all administration duties

• Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets

• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience to every customer

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation

• Handle stock deliveries and support with inventory management

• Act as the point of contact for any operational issues in the manager’s absence

About You

• Previous supervisory experience (homewares or fashion preferred)

• A natural people person with strong leadership skills

• Customer-focused and sales-driven

• Organised, reliable, and a great team player

• Comfortable using basic stock systems
