We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B and B2C Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with potential corporate clients. You will work closely with our legal team to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies that will enable us to grow our business.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B and B2C sector, including companies, universities, and other organisations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, recruitment consultants, and business owners.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the firm's services and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with the legal team to understand the legal requirements of potential clients and provide them with expert advice on immigration law.
Dealing with new enquiries from a diverse client base.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the firm.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and other relevant events to build the firm's profile and generate new business.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in professional services sales, ideally within the legal sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
Strong understanding of UK immigration law and the ability to provide expert advice to potential clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Highly organised and experienced with CRMs and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
