Full Time Senior Sales Executive
Kitchings Furniture, Bedale North Yorkshire DL8 2AD
Monday to Saturday (Day off Wednesday)
Salary – Negotiable
We have a great opportunity for a Full Time Senior Sales Executive to join the team at our Bedale Bed and Furniture retail store to provide exceptional service to our customers in store. You will play a vital part in helping serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. If you bring great customer service and team working skills to the table, we will give you everything you need to succeed. Experience with our products is not necessary would be an advantage.
Conveniently located at Bridge Street, Bedale, Kitchings Furniture is part of Symbolglen Limited and has been providing the local area with the widest range of beds and furniture for over 50 years. So it’s no wonder we have built up a strong customer base and a reputation for being the areas first choice. The store opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9am – 5.30pm (Closed Wednesday).

As a Senior Sales Executive with Kitchings Furniture, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality and service
• Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
• Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service
• Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
• Assisting with stock maintenance which may include some heavy lifting

The successful applicant will have:
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations
• Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues
• Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
• Willing to attend training as required
• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our company
• Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate
