You will be provided funding for CPD courses. The Hand Therapy team at UCLH has a very diverse caseload. The team works closely with orthopaedic hand surgeons running hand trauma clinics and treating post op patients. Most other referrals come from rheumatology, for patients with arthritis and hypermobility. We also receive neurology referrals from National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN), Queen Square, which is the UK's largest dedicated neurological and neurosurgical hospital. There are regular Hand therapy Team and MDT meetings and teaching. The Hand therapist are also actively involved in clinical audits and research.
