A Client Relationship Executive / Training Co-ordinator in York is wanted by a continuously rapidly expanding successful training business that operates across various markets and sectors. This position is suited for either someone who has a background in account management, client relationship management, Booking Co-ordination, training scheduler or someone already working in a similar position. The Client Relationship Executive will support the management and coordination of customer training programmes across multiple regions. This role involves working closely with both internal teams and international clients to deliver high-quality training solutions. The position focuses on managing training needs, planning and scheduling sessions, invoicing, and maintaining strong client relationships. It is ideal for someone highly organised with excellent communication skills and experience in customer service and project coordination.

Role Overview
Manage customer training deployment from needs analysis to delivery and post-training evaluation.
Coordinate customer relationships nationally, ensuring smooth communication and support.
Organise and schedule on-site or online training sessions across multiple locations.
Handle registration, resource management, and training materials.
Supervise training delivery and manage all related documentation.
Issue and verify invoices, manage billing disputes, and handle customer complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams and international client contacts to align with contractual requirements.
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and action plans following steering committees.
Anticipate future training needs based on customer feedback and evaluations.


Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Experience in customer relationship management.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
Ability to manage multi-site and multi-national projects.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience handling invoicing and financial processes.
Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to speak French would also be hugely beneficial but note essential.

Salary :- up to £35,000 Base salary, 9% pension, 25 days hols + bank holidays & Health package
