Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Daily safe operation of the gondola, including loading and unloading passengers and goods
Keeping public areas, gondolas, and facilities clean and presentable
Monitoring weather conditions and advising as required
Carrying out routine checks, diagnosing minor faults, and undertaking basic maintenance
Supporting other departments with building maintenance tasks – including groundskeeping
Assisting with staff and equipment transport
Ensuring public safety and delivering excellent customer service
