We're looking for a proactive IT Service and Support Specialist to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll support our IT ticketing process, manage end-user device requests, and work closely with global IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday
8AM - 4PM
Pay:
£13
What you'll do:
* Set up IT equipment for new starters and support staff transitions
* Handle desktop/laptop repairs and mobile device administration
* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and reset passwords
* Use ServiceNow to log and manage incidents and requests
* Maintain accurate asset tracking and IT stock levels
* Collaborate with global IT teams to meet SLAs
What you bring:
* Solid experience with PC/laptop hardware, Microsoft Windows/Office, and networking basics
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently
* Proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and support users at all levels
