Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and promote our cutting-edge medical software solution. In this role, you will help healthcare providers understand how our software can streamline their operations and improve patient care. You will generate new leads, build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, and provide product demonstrations. Your goal is to ensure that clients are satisfied with the software and its integration into their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and target new potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Relationship Building:
Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations to promote and sell our software solution.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct compelling product demos to showcase the software’s features, benefits, and capabilities, demonstrating how it can improve healthcare operations.
Client Support:
Assist clients with onboarding and initial setup of the software, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support to resolve any issues or queries.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
Work with clients to negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring contracts are clear, fair, and beneficial for both parties.
Internal Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and any technical issues are resolved promptly.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure clients are satisfied with the software and its impact on their operations. Provide regular check-ins to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or product upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation abilities and experience in closing sales deals.
Ability to understand technical products and translate their benefits for non-technical audiences.
A passion for improving healthcare and the ability to articulate how software solutions can drive positive change in healthcare operations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
