Crynodeb
For all posts there is a planned induction programme to the department and the hospital. Protocols and guidelines are issued to SHOs at induction, along with a departmental induction booklet. Each trainee will have a named Clinical Supervisor for the duration of their placement (details provided on or prior to induction).
