What skills and experience we're looking for
Saltash Community School is a co-educational 11-18 school of 1200 students including a vibrant and highly effective sixth form and incorporating an Area Resource Base supporting students with complex learning difficulties.
We are looking for an experienced leader, with a proven track record of school improvement, within an inclusive setting, to help further develop the school on the journey to excellence. The successful candidate will be the sole deputy for the school and will have the opportunity to work as part of a highly collaborative and supportive Trust, gaining valuable experience to aid progression to a headship.
