Summary
We are currently recruiting for multiple Executive Assistants to join our newly structured Corporate Services team.
Working under the direction of the Executive Officer, the postholders will be responsible for providing executive business support to senior leaders across the organisation including; our Vice Chancellor & Chief Executive, Pro Vice Chancellor, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer & Deputy Chief Executive, our University Executive Board and the Executive Deans and Senior Management Teams across our two main academic schools.
To be considered for one of these roles you will need to demonstrate:
• Experience of providing administrative and secretarial support at a senior level.
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work using initiative and to meet deadlines.
• Experience of using a suite of Microsoft Office programmes.
• The ability improve work processes by harnessing digital solutions.
