Summary

We’re working with a successful, independent insurance broker that is looking to hire multiple Insurance Account Executives to join their growing commercial team. These are excellent opportunities for individuals who enjoy building lasting client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions - whether you're already in an Account Executive role or an experienced Account Handler with a track record of winning new business and a natural flair for networking.

You can be based from Warwick, Solihull, Leicester, Northampton or Stoke-on-Trent, with hybrid and flexible working options available.

In this role, you’ll manage and develop your own portfolio of commercial clients, building trusted relationships and delivering solutions across a wide range of products. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Account Handler, giving you the freedom to focus on client relationships, retention, and portfolio growth. Whether you’re meeting clients face-to-face, on video, or over the phone, your approach can be tailored to suit both your style and your clients’ needs.

You’ll also have access to a broad range of insurers and products, with the flexibility to offer genuinely independent advice and the backing of a strong, well-established group.

To be considered, you’ll need to bring experience from within the commercial insurance sector. This could be in a current Account Executive role, or as an Account Handler with demonstrable experience of developing new relationships, converting prospects, and networking within the market. CII qualifications are helpful, but not essential support is available if you’re working towards them.

Skills required: commercial insurance knowledge, client relationship management, business development, broking experience, confident communicator, self-starter, organised, adaptable, team player.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary with a bonus/incentive scheme, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, support for professional qualifications, pension, wellbeing support, volunteering days, and more.

If you’re looking for your next opportunity with a forward-thinking broker, we’d love to speak with you.
