About the Role
The Quality Lead plays a vital role in driving and maintaining quality standards across a diverse and varied region. The Quality Lead will be responsible for delivering the organisation’s audit framework; auditing adult services against regulatory and internal standards supporting them to not only meet but exceed requirements. The post-holder will act as the critical friend auditing, action planning and supporting service managers to implement best practice to ensure the best possible standards of care and support for the people who use our services.
Services within the region are a mix of both residential and supported living, supporting adults with physical disabilities, mental health diagnosis, learning disabilities and autism.
The role is ideally suited to candidates who have previous experience in a quality improvement or a health and social care regulatory role.
The role is home based with regular travel to our services across the East Anglia region. Therefore, you must possess a full UK driving license, have access to a car and be prepared to travel. There is a requirement for some overnight stays.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team who are passionate about driving continuous quality improvement across a sector leading business.
