A leading global commerce platform, powering businesses worldwide, seeks a talented RevOps Manager to own and drive initiatives across EMEA. Be a key member of the regional leadership, shaping strategy, leveraging data, and empowering go-to-market teams for sustainable growth and efficiency.
Your new role
- Identify and drive revenue, churn, and cost optimisation.
- Enable regional team success through effective tools, systems (Salesforce, Outreach), and processes.
- Build reporting and tooling requirements.
- Represent RevOps in regional projects.
- Contribute to regional forecasting and capacity planning.
- Translate data into actionable strategies with leadership.
- Provide feedback on marketing materials.
- Build business models for strategic initiatives.
- Operationalise new functions within the go-to-market org.
- Collaborate on global RevOps initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong analytical skills in sales funnels and team performance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Experience creating process improvements for efficient sales cycles.
- Proficiency in identifying system (Salesforce, Outreach) improvements and creating requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (manager to VP level).
