Your new company
I have partnered with a highly successful law firm who are looking to hire an experienced professional to manage their revenue function. You will be joining an established finance team and working closely with partners and clients alike, forging strong relationships and driving the revenue function forward. Based in their newly refurbished City of London 3 days / week and offering a highly competitive package, this role will suit a confident individual who is looking to take the next step in their managerial career.
Your new role

Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring billing deadlines, collection targets, and team objectives are consistently met.

Oversee credit control and billing operations, acting as the escalation point for issues and ensuring timely resolution and compliance with HMRC/SRA rules.

Drive cash flow performance, managing WIP, disbursements, and outstanding invoices through proactive engagement with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Ensure accurate and timely billing, including eBilling submissions and adherence to regulatory standards.

Champion process improvement, leading system upgrades and change initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.

Build strong stakeholder relationships
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit a confident Revenue Manager who is looking to make the role their own, and be a real dial-changer for the firm. You will have a proven track record of leading the revenue function within a law firm and building long-term relationships with a diverse range of Partners.
